QuadEqualizer processes your audio entirely inside your own browser. Your audio files are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server — we simply never receive them.
When you choose or drop a file into QuadEqualizer, it is decoded and processed locally using your browser’s built-in Web Audio API. This happens entirely on your device. The file is not sent to us, to any server, or to any third party at any point.
The “Save / Recall Settings” feature generates a short text code representing your EQ settings. This code is created and read entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have access to any code you generate or paste in.
QuadEqualizer does not use cookies, browser local storage, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers to monitor your activity on this site. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it before the change takes effect.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect basic technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, and access times — for standard security and operational purposes. We do not use this information to personally identify visitors.
QuadEqualizer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@quad-equalizer.com.
